Society of St. Andrew

Who We Are

Society of St. Andrew is a national non-profit that has been gleaning fields to feed the hungry since 1979. The Tennessee office opened in 2010 and since then, we have gleaned over 14 million pounds of fresh food to relieve hunger in Tennessee. We work with growers across the state to harvest fresh food that would otherwise be left to rot in the field or thrown away in a landfill.

Please join us as we work to reduce food waste and feed our hungry neighbors!

What We Do

We work with growers across Tennessee to glean their surplus produce to help feed hungry people. We aim to reduce food waste, both to offer hunger relief and lessen environmental damage.
