HOBY Tennessee

Mission: To inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. We host an annual seminar in May for a hundred high school sophomores from around the state who have a passion to make a positive change in their community. Through 2.5 days of speakers, panels, discussions, and activities focusing on personal, group, and service leadership, the students are then charged to go perform 100 hours of service in their community over their next year.

Through discussions, speakers, and activities over 2.5 days, our attendees will leave the seminar with a stronger sense of personal, group, and service leadership. Following the seminar, the students are charged with performing 100 hours of community service.
