Who We Are
We are an inter-disciplinary group including Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Bereavement Coordinators. We work together to provide loving, compassionate end of life care to patients and their families by addressing not only the patient's medical needs, but their spiritual, emotional, and relational needs as well. Our volunteers are key to providing additional companionship and support to our patients during this challenging time.
What We Do
Aveanna Hospice serves terminally ill patients and their families across Middle Tennessee. We care for patients who are nearing the end of their life, and provide wholistic support for them and their loved ones.
