Who We Are
Project C.U.R.E. is a non-profit organization that collects, repairs, sorts, and ships donated medical equipment and supplies to developing countries. Project C.U.R.E.'s work and mission helps to bridge staggering health resource gaps and build sustainable healthcare infrastructure in the developing world by empowering doctors and nurses with the tools they need to treat disease, deliver vaccines, perform life-changing surgeries and ensure safe childbirth. Through the compassion of Project C.U.R.E.'s supporters, hospitals, rural clinics and community health centers all over the world are able to offer quality care and critical medical services to their most vulnerable patients, especially women and young children. Since its inception, Project C.U.R.E. has delivered medical relief to more than 130 countries and is the world's largest supplier of donated medical supplies to under-served and ill-equipped clinics in developing countries.
What We Do
Our Nashville facility is a 58,000 square foot warehouse located in midtown. As one of Project C.U.R.E.'s six distribution centers across the United States, we receive donated medical supplies and equipment which we distribute to hospitals and clinics overseas. We ship multiple 40-foot cargo containers full of lifesaving medial supplies and equipment each month. We rely on the support of volunteers to accomplish this task. Volunteers help us to identify, sort, test, repair, package, and load supplies and equipment for shipment. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups including packing supplies, team leading, driving, warehouse work, and many others.
