Volunteers would hand out trash bags at river access points at Kingston Springs City Park and Gossett Tract to achieve the following:
Objectives
- Promoting “take your trash home”
- Targeting responsible recreation in the HR State Park
- Hand out to people to promote people to pick up their trash
- Reducing waste of bottles and plastic bags, encouraging people to wear life jackets, etc.
Saturday July 1
Shift 1: 9am-11:30am
Shift 2: 11:20am-1:15pm
Some shifts require being paired with a buddy to hand out trash bags.
