Harpeth Conservancy needs volunteers for our annual fundraiser River Swing! River Swing is a huge party filled with music, food, drinks, and auction items! We need volunteers for a bunch of tasks during the day, read below to find a task and time that works for you!
MUSIC (so will be a FUN event to attend!): Jo-Jo Hermann from Widespread Panic, Joe Andrews from Old Crow Medicine Show, The Cameroons, Steve Cropper, and more!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR:
- Registration (5-8pm)
- Silent Auction (5:30-8:30pm monitoring, 8-10:30pm check-out & runners)
- Composting/Recycling (4:30-7:30pm & 7:30-10:30pm & 10/7 10am-noon) *these volunteers will receive Harpeth Conservancy t-shirts*
- Parking (5-8pm & 8-11pm) *these volunteers will receive Harpeth Conservancy t-shirts*
- Merchandise Sales (5:30-8pm & 8-10pm)
There will also be free food and drinks provided to volunteers!
