Please join us for the 2nd annual Gilda’s Gang 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run on April 2, 2022! Registration starts at $35 per person with kids 12 and under free. The 5K starts at 8am and the 1-Mile Fun Run starts at 8:30am.
Inspired by former Gilda’s Club participant Dr. Gail Addlestone, who passed away in 2007 of metastatic breast cancer, Gilda’s Gang is an untimed, all-ages, all-abilities fundraising and community building event held at Shelby Park in East Nashville. Dr. Addlestone was a long-time supporter of GCMTN, taking to heart the importance of remaining active and connected to community while impacted by a cancer diagnosis. Throughout her cancer treatment, she continued to be empowered through her ability to exercise – in whatever way her body allowed —and established a half-marathon training program/ fundraiser that would later become Gilda’s Gang.
