Volunteer: Supporter Recognition Outreach

Volunteers for this opportunity will volunteer within the Development/Fundraising Dept. to assist with tasks like:


Writing/addressing thank you notes,holiday or birthday cards, new donor mailings, other special mailings, etc.Calling donors each month to say Thank You for the gift.Special Event Tasks periodically Requirements: Good Handwriting and/or Comfortable Talking to People on the Phone, depending on what tasks you would like to participate in. 


The schedule is flexible Monday - Friday between 9am and 4pm. Tasks will fluctuate from shift to shift.

Join our LIFNAV outreach team during meal services on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm-2pm as they provide meals to those living in encampments. You can provide needed assistance while getting an up-close view on the impact the program is having in our community!

* Please note you will meet a team member at Nashville Area Command to ride in the LifNav food service vehicle.

Volunteers are needed Monday through Friday 9am-11am or 11am-1pm to assist in preparing sack lunches for those in our community fighting food insecurity. 

 

Tasks can include food prep and cleanup.

 

Dress code: Must wear pants and closed toe shoes, as well as be modestly dressed (no short shirts) If you do not dress appropriately, you will be asked to leave and come back with proper attire.  

 

*No children under the age of 18 years old.
