ROLES: We are dependent on an excited and passionate volunteer base to help our customers shop. These volunteer shifts will mainly involve checking people out at the register, ensuring customers do not exceed specified item limits, bagging their groceries in a timely and efficient manner, and escorting customers to their vehicles with their groceries. At the start of the shift, you will have an orientation and brief training; to ensure that we can process as many customers as possible, please be on time. During this shift you may also be greeting customers at check-in, helping people with questions while they shop, cleaning and tidying, stocking shelves and produce, unloading pallets, or other miscellaneous tasks.
