Volunteer: Sort Medical Supplies

Project C.U.R.E. collects new, surplus and overstock medical supplies, sorts the items, and ships them to almost 100 countries including North Korea, Cuba, China, Russia, Vietnam, numerous countries in Africa and South America, and nearly every nation in Central Asia. Your good work here at home makes a huge impact miles away.

Volunteers will sort supplies in Project C.U.R.E.'s warehouse. There may occasionally be a need to move boxes weighing 20-25 pounds. All volunteers should wear closed toe shoes to this project. This is a great project for a group of friends, co-workers, civic or faith organization. There are opportunities Monday-Saturday.

Please email martyblank@projectcure.org or call 615-238-7548 to schedule a time for your group to volunteer.

Dear Potential Volunteer,

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, you are strongly encouraged to volunteer virtually rather than in person. In fact, many in-person volunteer opportunities have been cancelled in response to concerns over the virus. If you are considering volunteering for this Need, even though it’s not advised at this time, please be sure and contact the agency directly before signing up to make sure that the opportunity is still scheduled, and follow all of the CDC’s Guidelines to protect yourself and others.

If you choose to volunteer in person, you agree that you understand the associated risks and accept them.

Volunteer: Packaging Volunteer

Want to deliver health and hope to the world, but don’t have any medical experience? No problem, we need you to help with our packaging process.

Project C.U.R.E. distributes all sorts of medical supplies, including fragile biomedical equipment. This equipment takes extra care to ensure it arrives safely at its destination. We have all the supplies you could ever need: foam, bubble wrap, cardboard, plastic and more.

We only need someone to give each piece a little extra attention. If you can mail a package, you can help save lives throughout the developing world. Schedule is flexible and can be determined by the volunteer.
