Summer at Adventure Science Center is full of hands‑on exploration, creativity, and learning, and our camp team relies on thoughtful preparation to make each week run smoothly. Volunteers play an important role in helping us get ready by assisting with the behind‑the‑scenes tasks that set campers up for success. Volunteers will help assemble activity kits, prepare name tags and bin tags, organize materials, create craft examples, and support general prep work for the upcoming week of camp. These tasks ensure that our educators have everything ready to go, allowing camp activities and science experiences to run more smoothly for our campers. This is a great opportunity for volunteers who enjoy detail‑oriented projects, supporting youth programs, and helping our camp team create an engaging and well‑prepared environment Parking at Adventure Science Center is free. When you enter through the front doors, please stop at the security desk on the right. Our Volunteer Coordinator will meet you there. We encourage arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and a brief overview. Wear comfortable, appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Snacks and water will be provided, but you’re encouraged to bring your own water bottle as well. If you have any questions ahead of time, please feel free to reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator
