Over 3,000 seniors in Cheatham, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson Counties would love to meet you. Volunteers are often the only person seniors may see daily so you will truly make a difference for a lonely senior! Please sign up here and also complete the volunteer application on our website. You are welcome to bring your children to deliver the meals, if desired. Please note that Meals-on-Wheels Volunteers pack and deliver the lunches on weekdays only. Meals are packed and delivered Monday through Friday around 10:30am. We currently do NOT have evening or weekend opportunities available. We only accept volunteers who can make an ongoing commitment and are unable to accomodate one-time volunteers at this time. We look forward to meeting you!
