Team up with us to plant some trees in honor of MLK Jr! Celebrate this National Day of Service with NTF on Saturday, January 25th at Brick Church Middle School. We'll begin with a little introduction and a planting and safety demonstration, then head out to plant some trees to shade the school's students, families, and staff.
Why Plant with Us? Nashville Tree Foundation plants trees across the city, inviting volunteers and community members to join together in protecting and improving Nashville's important green spaces.
Our team is partnering with Brick Church Middle School to ensure their young scholars have access to all the benefits provided by trees, like shade, wildlife habitats, rainwater runoff reduction, and beautification. ☀️
After building a planting plan, NTF relies on volunteer groups to help us get the trees into the ground. Our planting events are a great opportunity to get outside, learn a new skill, and give back to Nashville's communities.
