Join MNPS Family & Community Partnerships (FCP) in supporting our school communities through a Drive-Through Food Box Distribution Event at Pearl Cohn High School! Volunteers play a key role in helping us create a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience for every family who comes through.
This event provides families with:
- Pre-packed food boxes
- Fresh produce
- Pantry staple items
Volunteer Tasks
During your shift, volunteers may support the following tasks:
- Assemble and organize food boxes and produce bags
- Load food items into family vehicles
- Greet and welcome families with warmth and positivity
- Support traffic flow to keep the event running smoothly
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup at the end of the event
Arrival Time
Please arrive 1 hour before the start time for check-in, orientation, and setup.
General Volunteer Attire
To stay safe and comfortable throughout your shift, please wear:
- Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
- Closed-toe shoes (required)
- Layers, gloves, rain gear, or hats as needed based on forecast
- Optional: MNPS or your school-branded gear
