The Nashville Urban Debate League (NUDL) is a non-profit that brings debate education and competition to public high school students in Nashville.
On Saturday, January 25, we will be hosting our Winter Showcase Tournament at Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet School (613 17th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37203) from 8:30am - 3:30 pm.
Breakfast and lunch are served, and Uber/Lyft reimbursements are available for college students who do not have a car.

Prior experience with debate is NOT necessary to judge debates. Just a willingness to listen and offer feedback to high school students. We will offer judge training from 8:30-9am prior to Round 1. (The full tournament schedule can be found below). Even if you can only join us for part of the day, we would love to have you!
Schedule:
8:15- Breakfast starts
8:30- Judge training begins
9/9:15- Round 1 pairings go out
11:00- Round 2 pairings go out
12:30- Lunch
1:15- Round 3 pairings go out
3:15- Award Ceremony (judges are welcome, but do not need to stay)
