MNPS Visual and Performing Arts District Learning Day @ Glencliff High School

This is our annual district in-service day for Visual and Performing Arts teachers in MNPS. The volunteers will be supporting with welcoming teachers into the building, registration, setting up tables, and overall making sure teachers know where to go throughout the day.

6:00 AM VAPA Team Arrives

6:30 AM VAPA Volunteers Arrive

7:30 AM Doors Open and Registration Begins

8:00 - 9:20 AM Welcome and Opening Ceremony

9:20 - 9:30 AM Transition

9:30 - 10:40 AM Session 1

10:40 - 10:50 AM Transition

10:00 AM (Vendors arrive for setup)

11:45 AM (Vendors leave)

10:50 - 11:30 AM Session 2

11:30 - 12:50 PM Lunch Break - Vendors

12:50 - 1:00 PM Transition

1:00 - 1:50 PM Session 3

1:50 - 2:00 PM Transition

2:00 - 2:50 Session 4

3:00 - 4:00 Zumba Fun (Voluntary for Teachers)

Park in the back of Glencliff High School.
Wear comfortable shoes.
