Join Joelton Elementary, Cumberland Elementary, Alex Green Elementary, Brick Church Middle, Haynes Middle, and Whites Creek High for a night of fellowship, food and fun at Whites Creek ClusterFest!
Volunteers are needed to serve in three ways:
- Community Partner Info/Activity Table Set Up (4:15pm-7:15pm) (7 volunteers)
- School Staff Event Volunteers (4:30-7:15pm) (2 volunteers per school)
- Community Partner Event Volunteers (4-6pm, 6-8pm) (10 volunteers per shift)
Volunteers may sign up for the event via PENCIL Connect AND select their shift(s) via SignUpGenius (linked).
If you would rather support the schools by donating items instead, we are looking for the following:
- Candy (No nuts or peanut butter)
- Dye-free candy
- Individually packaged chips
- Goodie bag toys
- Hygiene Kits
- Mini Bubbles
