Thank you for volunteering with us at the little-known MNPS Hands on Science Facility, which is a warehouse location where many a science or STEM kit are received, unboxed, and then distributed to students in MNPS.
We currently have a MAJOR shipment of science kits that we need support unboxing and organizing so we can quickly move materials into classrooms where they're needed most!
Join us on one or more days this October to assist with opening, unpacking, sorting, labeling, and moving materials.
SHIFTS
Shifts are available Monday through Friday, October 6th-10th and October 20th-24th from 8:00AM to 12:00PM (2-4 hour shifts within this timeframe may also work).
PARKING
The MNPS Hands on Science warehouse is located at Suite #4
Metro Southeast (the old Genesco factory) 1417 Murfreesboro Pike. See attached map for more. A large parking lot
nearer the entrance from Murfreesboro Pike provides plenty of parking.
ATTIRE
Dress
appropriately for work in warehouse i.e. old clothes and close-toed shoes!
