To commemorate Dismas House’s 50th anniversary this year, our signature annual event, traditionally held as a luncheon, will be transformed into an elegant evening gala. Held at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, guests will enjoy an evening of celebration while raising vital funds to support Dismas House’s mission and holistic reentry services.
Time Slots:
- Check-in – 5 pm – 8 pm
- Check-out – 8 pm – 10:30 pm
Help with registration is needed:
Check-in guests
- Will receive a short orientation before the start of registration
- Assign paddle numbers and record in the system at check-in
- Help direct guests to the ballroom
Check out guests
- Help enter bids into the system
- Review with guests their invoices & check out
Volunteer Dress Code: All black (ex., dress shirt/blouse and slacks/skirt, or dress)
