Description

Safe Haven Family Shelter is the premier shelter-to-housing program in Middle Tennessee that accommodates families experiencing homelessness. Safe Haven’s mission is to lead the community’s efforts to house, support, empower, and advocate for families experiencing homelessness. 

Safe Haven Family Shelter is gearing up for our annual Hike for Safe Haven, a Nashville favorite for its heavy dose of outdoor fun for friends and family, on Saturday, November 1 at Percy Warner Park (Bob Brown Field Station off of Highway 100). This pet- and stroller-friendly event includes hiking on a paved trail, food, live music, children’s activities and more! It takes over 150 volunteers to make this event a success. Sign up to volunteer on your own or with friends, family or colleagues. Opportunities include helping with set up/cleanup, registration, children’s activities, t-shirt distribution, and more.
