Celebrate Halloween weekend with the Cumberland River Compact at the spookiest cleanup of the Stones River that Donelson has ever seen! Volunteers will work mostly behind Kohl’s off Lebanon Pike and along the Stones River Greenway to collect common litter like bottles, packaging, plastic bags, and other waste. Your efforts will improve water quality in Nashville and beautify a public area. Bottles aren’t the only thing we’ll be recycling – wear your Halloween costume one last time for a thriller experience!
Meet-up and Parking: In the parking lot behind Kohl’s, 2330 Jackson Downs Blvd, Nashville, TN 37214. Please use the parking spots available behind the store. Once those spots fill, park somewhere in front of the store and walk to the back parking lot.

This cleanup is made possible thanks to funding from Metro Water Services and Metro Nashville, and their dedication to ensuring the Cumberland River and its tributaries are clean. Don’t forget – that’s where 3 million people get their drinking water!
