We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and
ready to shape the musical journeys of young singers in a Young Adult
Choir. Ideally, we would like someone with deep understanding of vocal
techniques, great communications skills to attract young people with no
experience but may have potential along with a great desire to develop talents
and serve the body of Christ.
Qualities & Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Music Education, Choral Conducting, or a related field.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide young adult singers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Communication: Clear, effective communication and organizational skills to manage rehearsals, schedules, and performances.
1. Rehearsal Time (2
hours per week): Weekly rehearsals are crucial in the early
stages. Depending on the group’s skill level.
2. Performance Preparation Before
special holidays Christmas, and festivities such as Easter, or particular
community events like outreach and evangelism.
