GNRC has received funding for Hot Meal Delivery to Seniors or Disabled Individuals. We are partnering with a restaurant in Gallatin to prepare 24 meals for seniors in an apartment complex in Westmoreland.
Volunteers are needed to pick up the meals at the restaurant and then deliver to the seniors. Pick up at the restaurant in Gallatin at 10:30am.
For this specific opportunity we are delivering to just one senior living community in Westmoreland. About a 30 min. ride one way. Helping in this way will provide an essential meal to seniors in need during this pandemic.
If you can help, please sign up for the shift(s) that you are available. I will send you the addresses and specific delivery instructions prior to your shift. You must have your own vehicle to transport the meals and a valid drivers license and insurance. Unfortunately we will not be able to reimburse for any mileage.
