Volunteer as a blood donor ambassador to help our blood donors have a pleasant experience. Locations include Hendersonville, Brentwood, and Murfreesboro.
Purpose: To assist blood donors and blood collection staff at local blood drives.
You must create a volunteer account with the Red Cross, which tracks hours for approval. Apply at:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Red Cross mission by helping donors have a positive experience.
- Welcome and check in donors, distribute reading materials, and assist with donor flow.
- Offer refreshments at the hospitality table and thank donors for their life-saving donations.
- Alert staff if a donor needs assistance.
Locations:
Blood drives take place in Hendersonville, Brentwood, and Murfreesboro.
Time Commitment:
- Shifts are typically 4-6 hours, depending on the blood drive.
- Volunteers are asked to commit to at least 3 months of service, with 1-2 shifts per month.
