Volunteer Roles

Unified Partners
Unified Partners play alongside our athletes during bocce games. This role is perfect for volunteers who enjoy active participation, teamwork, and building positive social connections. No bocce experience is needed.

Scorekeepers
Scorekeepers help keep games organized by tracking scores and helping each court run smoothly. No experience is required. We will teach the rules and provide score sheets.

About Bocce
Bocce is a simple and fun sport that is easy to learn. Players take turns rolling or tossing balls to get as close as possible to a smaller target ball. It is a great game for all skill levels and a great way to build friendships, confidence, and community.

Why Volunteer
Your support helps create meaningful social interaction, encourages inclusion, and makes recreation more accessible for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Whether you are playing on the court or helping keep score, you will make a real difference.

Volunteer Requirements
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
All volunteers must sign a volunteer waiver before participating.
