Volunteer: Tutorwe are actively seeking dedicated tutoring volunteers who can: Provide homework help in reading, writing, and math Reinforce daily academic lessons in a supportive, culturally affirming environment Serve as positive role models who help students build confidence and self-discipline Assist in preparing students for grade-level advancement and standardized assessments Why Volunteers MatterMost of our students do not have access to one-on-one or small-group academic support at home. A student who works with a consistent tutor at least once a week is more likely to improve their test scores and classroom participation. The presence of caring adult volunteers reinforces our mission to make each child feel seen, heard, and academically capable.
