Volunteer: Volunteers Needed for Art Project @ Una Elementary SchoolUna Elementary Art teacher, Elizabeth Lybarger, is needing volunteers to help with two sculptures (turtle and dolphin) to cover with small mosaic tiles. The students have helped with design and are a part of the process. However, adults are needed to apply mosaic tiles and handle the grouting and sealing, as they are toxic. 3-4 volunteers are needed each day to help with the mosaic tiles. Several designs have been laid out, but filler is still needed. It takes many steps and the goal is to get the adhesive and mosaic tiles placed down as soon as possible. Adjustments can be made later before adding polyurethane. Help is needed from April 14th to 30th from 8:30am-2pm. Any help is appreciated!
