Mid-Cumberland Meals-on-Wheels

Mid-Cumberland Meals-on-Wheels serves over 400,000 meals annually through 18 meal sites in 12 counties in Middle Tennessee.

A hot meal and a good friend are two of life’s greatest enjoyments. Mid-Cumberland Meals-on-Wheels has been providing both for more than 45 years. In fact, we provide congregate meals, home-delivered meals, outreach, nutrition education, and supportive services,  for individuals age 60 and older.

With the help of our awesome volunteers, meals are delivered to seniors in need. Often the volunteer visiting is the only person the senior sees daily, and this fosters a sense of family for a lonely senior.
