Who We Are
We support Black girls, girls of color, and educators through trauma-informed, healing-centered approaches. We create safe spaces, provide long-term mentorship, and offer mental health programming to help them heal, grow, and thrive—addressing systemic issues, educator burnout, and personal trauma.
What We Do
The F.I.N.D. Design is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering Black girls and other girls of color through mental health programming, mentorship, and trauma-informed care. We're celebrating 10 years of impact and transitioning to FLY Girl Institute effective September 1, 2025
