ICN represents a diverse community with members from all walks of life and representing over 40 nationalities. We are
committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all Muslims, regardless of their background or beliefs.
We also believe that it is important to build bridges of understanding with people of other faiths. We are committed to
serving the Nashville community and making a positive difference in the world.
What We Do
The Islamic Center of Nashville (ICN) is one of the oldest mosques in Tennessee. ICN was founded in 1978 to help in
the preservation of the spiritual well-being of its members as well as to foster a greater and better understanding
between Muslims and people of other faiths. ICN provides a place for Muslims to worship, learn, and connect with their
community. We offer a variety of programs and services, including: Five daily prayers, Jumah (Friday) prayer, Quran
classes, Arabic classes, Social events, Youth programs, Women's programs, Interfaith dialogue and Charity.
