Trevecca Towers staff include full-time service coordinators who are available to connect residents with social, medical, educational, financial, and other community services or resources as needed. A full-time activity director is present to create engaging activities and spend meaningful time with residents to increase socialization and community. The apartments are professionally managed by LHP, a team dedicated to making sure every resident has a positive experience. The property management team is on site Mon-Fri and provides 24/7 emergency maintenance service so residents can relax and enjoy maintenance free living. Towers I & East offers the very best and affordable living for seniors 62 and older and individuals with disabilities. Rent is based on income and includes all utilities–heat/AC, electricity, water/sewer, trash removal, and pest control.
