Who We Are

The mission of 4:13 Strong is to break the cycle of poverty, crime and dependency by providing faith-based educational, vocational, and life skills training.

Each year, we serve approximately 50 young men, primarily from Davidson County, who are ready to turn their lives around but lack access to the resources and relationships to do so. Our participants face significant barriers, unemployment, housing instability, prior incarceration, and limited access to mentorship or reliable transportation.

What We Do

At 4:13 Strong, we focus on serving these men, under skilled workers often overlooked by traditional systems, who are ready for a second chance but need someone to believe in them and guide them forward. Our program offers that lifeline, helping young men transition from instability and struggle to confidence, independence, and purpose.

Through a six-month residential program, participants engage in life and job-skills training tailored to their unique needs. Many come to us with little formal work experience or education, but we see their potential and help them build the skills to succeed.
