Move! Music City

Move! Music City is a Nashville-based nonprofit dedicated to helping children build healthy habits through movement. We partner with Metro Nashville Public Schools to provide engaging physical activity opportunities that improve students' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By making movement fun and accessible, we're creating healthier, happier kids—one school at a time.

Move! Music City brings fun, accessible movement and wellness programming directly to Nashville students. Through classroom movement breaks, after-school running programs, school-wide events, and community partnerships, we help children build healthy habits, confidence, and a lifelong love of being active. Our programs remove barriers to physical activity by meeting students where they are—right at school—and making movement something every child can enjoy.
