Build Up Foundation

The Build Up Foundation (B.U.F.) is a Nashville-based youth development organization committed to helping young people recognize their potential and gain the skills, confidence, and support needed to succeed. We work with students from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on reaching youth and families who may have limited access to educational enrichment and creative opportunities. Our staff, instructors, mentors, and volunteers work together to create positive, supportive environments where young people can learn, grow, and build toward their future.

The Build Up Foundation (B.U.F.) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building up youth and strengthening communities through education, mentorship, and creative arts. We provide free ACT Prep and tutoring, youth mentorship, and our BUF Film & Music Academy, which gives young people hands-on experience in film, music, podcasting, media production, communication, and other creative skills. Our programs are designed to provide educational resources, positive experiences, and opportunities to youth and families throughout the Nashville and Middle Tennessee community.
