School starts on August 7, which means it’s time for Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) to gear up again! This year, we will have RIF Reading Role Models in the following elementary schools in Davidson County:

· Carter-Lawrence
· Charlotte Park
· Churchwell
· Cockrill
· Cole
· Dodson
· Fall-Hamilton
· Glenview
· Glengarry
· KIPP Kirkpatrick
· Lillard
· Park Avenue
· Tom Joy
· Warner (limited classrooms here)
If you want to be a reading role model for the first time and haven’t received training, please sign up and plan to attend one of our orientation sessions. At these sessions, you can complete an application form, learn the procedures for reading to and sharing books with a classroom of children in your partner school, and be matched with a teacher. All orientation sessions are held at Rose Park Middle School, 1025 9th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203. Sessions will last 1.5 hours.
