We will plant 1,000 flags to symbolize the over 1,000 Tennesseans we lose each year in preventable fatal crashes. RSVP with Walk Bike on this form: tinyurl.com/WDOR-Nash
The visualization is part of the annual World Day of Remembrance for Road Crash Victims. The event will include a remembrance walk from Public Square Park to the State Capitol, symbolizing the action needed at the local and state level for safer streets. During the program, we will hear from the parents of Alyssa Milligan, Nate Isbell, Josh Sowers, and Allison Warmuth, who all lost their lives on our streets.
We'll see you Sunday to commemorate victims and demand action for safer streets.
