The Belmont Office of Community-Engaged Learning and Service cultivates service-minded leaders through initiatives grounded in the SOUL Framework, fostering self-awareness, collaboration, community understanding, and purposeful leadership. Through the Belmont BOLD Leadership Development program and other offerings, students grow as ethical, engaged leaders. Using the Get Connected platform, individuals can access leadership workshops, internships, mentoring, ambassador programs, volunteer leadership roles, and community engagement events. These experiences equip participants with the skills, perspective, and confidence to lead effectively. By providing accessible, high-impact opportunities, we empower individuals to make meaningful contributions and create positive change in their communities.
