Volunteers are needed Monday through Friday from 2-6:30PM at the Boys and Girls Club's Chadwell Club, 321 Port Drive, Madison, TN 37115.
Before beginning each fall, volunteers must undergo a background check prior to starting their service. Please print and fill out the Volunteer Contact form available that is attached below. Once completed, please scan and send your Volunteer Contact form to Jaqueline Owens at jowens@bgcmt.org.
Also, please contact Jaqueline Owens (jowens@bgcmt.org) Chadwell Club Director, to schedule a time to meet with her for an orientation and volunteer placement.
Please note that it can take 2 - 3 weeks, or longer, to complete the background check, so the sooner it is turned in, the sooner you can begin tutoring.
