Our mission is to inspire the children and youth of Honduras to reach their potential by equipping them with the skills necessary for life management, academic achievement, spiritual growth, and leadership rooted in the Christian faith. Our summer interns serve in multiple ways to come alongside local leaders in their communities throughout Latin America. Internships follow various tracks that can tie into different passions and skillsets, with the intent of helping fulfill our greater mission and vision.
Work in small groups and one-on-one with our adult staff and older youth to create opportunities for English language learning. Most of our youth and children’s programming are offered in Spanish, however, our Staff are always welcoming guests visiting from English speaking countries. Learning English helps our community of adults and youth make stronger connections with visitors, while also opening up opportunities for them to study and work in English-speaking contexts.
