Join your community and the Cumberland River Compact for a riverside litter cleanup at Pinkerton Park in Franklin! The Harpeth River and North Ewingville Creek run along the park perimeter, and can unfortunately accumulate litter from nearby. At this cleanup, you will learn about the Harpeth River and clean up trash and debris, preventing it from blowing into our waters.
This is the first of three cleanups the Compact will be leading to support our restoration of North Ewingville Creek in the Harpeth River-Spencer Creek watershed. Your participation in this cleanup is part of a larger effort to preserve the health of the Harpeth River and its tributaries for future generations!
In addition to signing up on Belmont GetConnected, please register on the Cumberland River Compact's VolunteerHub page to confirm your participation.

This cleanup is made possible thanks to support from the City of Franklin and 319 grant funding as a result of the Clean Water Act (CWA).
