Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Scott Hamilton & Friends Holiday Spectacular on November 24, 2024, in support of the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation.
Most volunteers are needed to execute the After Show Celebration at the Omni. Volunteers will receive complimentary parking, refreshments, lunch/dinner (depending on shifts worked), and a ticket to the celebratory Ice Show at 5:00pm at Bridgestone Arena.
Some items to note:
- Training call times are included on the below sign-up, please be sure to select one of the options for the training call in your designated shift. It is a refresher training for our existing volunteers and a helpful overview for our new volunteers.
- Lunch includes an overview of the remaining tasks, schedule, ClickBid review, and any Q&A. Please sign up for lunch for an accurate food count.
- Ice show ticket distribution and parking validation will begin at lunch. "It's a WRAP" volunteers not attending lunch should check in at the CARES registration table for tickets and parking confirmation.
- Dinner will be provided, times vary depending on your position.
- Dress for the day-of event set-up is casual - jeans, athleisure wear, tennis shoes, etc.
- Dress for the Bridgestone Arena and After Show Celebration is "Nashville Chic." Our volunteers will be given a lanyard for the event.
