- Students on the old WELL Core Pathway wanting to earn Community Well-Being Through Service WELL Core (Community Wellness) credit need to:
- First: log hours on Get Connected after participating in the event (1 hour = 1 credit).
- Next: after hours logged on Get Connected have been approved, submit one Community Wellness activity task on Suitable for each hour served (e.g. 3 hours served, submit 3 separate Community Wellness Credit activities; see video instructions here)
- Students on the new WELL Core Path must submit a Service Wellness activity task with a reflection on Suitable to earn Service Wellness points (learn more here). Note this is NOT an hours-based system. Students must submit a task activity for one of eight service behavior categories appropriate to the service-related program or event hosted by your organization. This service engagement is appropriate for the Serve Together or Different Population behavior categories. Note that students can only receive credit for each service wellness behavior once (e.g., if they already have earned the Serve Together credit, they cannot earn it again).
