Join us as we welcome 14 men who are experiencing homelessness for a night of community, shelter, and food. Trevecca Community Church partners with Room in the Inn to offer overnight shelter, showers, meals, and fellowship once a week during the winter months.
During the volunteer time frame, volunteers will prepare dinner, prep two additional meals (breakfast in the morning and to-go lunch), and clean-up the kitchen once copmlete. You are invited to eat with the men we are hosting, and we encourage you to converse with our guests!
This opportunity is eligible for 1 chapel credit. Students can earn 2 of their mandatory chapel credits by volunteering at 2 specified service opportunities. For more information on which opportunities are eligible for chapel credit, please view the options on iAttended.
