On Thursday, April 3rd, PENCIL will host an all-day Proctor Party to prepare and match volunteer test proctors for Metro Schools in need. A proctor is required by law to help ensure the testing environment is secure and maintain test integrity. Every Metro School will need volunteer test proctors, and PENCIL is here to help!
Generally, testing begins the week of April 14th and ends the first week in May. There will be LOTS of opportunities to proctor tests throughout these 5 weeks! All hands on deck!
Join the PENCIL Partnership Team for one hour on April 3rd to learn more about being a test proctor and to select the school you'd like to proctor in.
SURPRISE! Three volunteer test proctors will be drawn AFTER testing season ends for ROUND TRIP SOUTHWEST AIRLINES TICKETS!

- 8:00-9:00 - led by Alayna and Hal
- 9:00-10:00 - led by Alayna and Hal
- 10:00-11:00 - led by Sal and Hal
- 11:00-12:00 - led by Sal and Taylor
- 12:00-1:00 - led by Alayna and Taylor
- 1:00-2:00 - led by Bob and Meena
- 2:00-3:00 - led by Bob and Meena
- 3:00-4:00 - led by Meena and Sal
- 4:00-5:00 - led by Alayna and Taylor
