April 15th – 17th, 22nd - 24th – TCAP proctors: Smith Springs Elementary School
Proctors are a vital part of the TCAP testing process. You will not be administering any tests but supporting in the classrooms during testing.
Proctors will arrive by 8am for snacks and room assignments and help with testing from 8:30-10:30 a.m. The proctor role is to sit in classrooms while students test to ensure that they follow testing rules. TCAP is a big part of our school year, and it makes it possible for Smith Springs to better understand how to best support our students, like in reading skills, and we couldn't have TCAP without the support of proctors.
In addition to responding in Get Connected, please confirm your participation by calling or emailing Kate Moore Walker, Community Schools Coordinator, (615) 471-8167, Kate.Walker@mnps.org.
