Volunteer at the Framily 5K – Help Make It Happen! Join us in making the Framily 5K a fun, safe, and successful event! We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to support a variety of essential roles before, during, and after the race. Volunteer tasks include:
Upon arrival, please check in at the Welcome Table to receive your role assignment and any necessary supplies. The Framily 5K is held at Mill Ridge Park in Antioch, TN, during both the spring and fall seasons. The event space will be clearly marked with orange cones, yellow flags, and a 5K sign at the park entrance. What to Bring and Expect:
