Mission: Ensure a smooth, on-time, and professional event. Be the go-to problem-solver and team captain. Key Duties: Arrive by 3:30 PM to receive setup deliveries and vendors. Coordinate volunteer roles and confirm everyone's station. Keep the schedule on time and transitions smooth. Be reachable by phone or walkie-talkie for team questions. Handle any issues calmly; escalate major problems to BATF founders. Lead pre-event and post-event team huddles.
