Most volunteer shifts are 3-3.5 hours, and entail helping with a craft or information station.

This event promotes the Warner Parks BIRD Program. This group of dedicated researchers and volunteers host a year-round banding station, conduct cutting-edge avian research, and engage in community outreach and education to sustain and enrich birds, their habitats, and each other.
