On October 12th, 2025, CreatiVets is hosting our Inaugural Bowling Tournament at Smyrna Bowling Center in Smyrna, TN. This event will bring together our community of supporters and raise vital funds to keep our programs completely free for veterans - including meals, travel, and supplies - as well as supporting the creation of a 24/7 creative hub for veterans. We are looking for volunteers to help support the event, and we'd love to have you join us!
Volunteer Information:
Volunteers will be asked to be on-site from 10:30 am - 5 pm on 10/12/25 at Smyrna Bowling Center.

Volunteer roles will be assigned on-site on the day of the event, and may include:
- Set Up Volunteer - Help set up tables, banners, and signage around the bowling alley before attendees arrive.
- Check-In Table Volunteer – Greet guests, manage attendee check-in, and handle door donations.
- Merchandise Table Volunteer – Sell CreatiVets merchandise and answer general questions about our organization.
- Day Runner – Support the CreatiVets team with various tasks, such as guiding attendees to their lanes, assisting with auction/raffle activities, answering questions, and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Raffle Table Volunteer – Sell raffle tickets and assist guests with the process.
- Silent Auction Volunteer – Help oversee silent auction activities and engage with participants.
- Clean Up Volunteer - Help clean up after the tournament is over.
