At the 2025 State Fall Games, we will be hosting state flag football, state cornhole, fitness competitions, Healthy Athletes and Young Athletes events Before and after the athletes arrive and the competitions kick off, there’s a ton of magic that needs to happen behind the scenes and that’s where 2025 Fall Games | Packing Crew comes in!
Load Up Crew volunteer responsibilities include:
- Load up sports equipment, event supplies, and signage
- Help organize and pack up for smooth transport to the venue
- bonus: spend time with the incredible SOTN staff!
No experience needed, just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
What to Know Before You Arrive:
- SOTN Staff will meet you in the main lobby when you arrive
- Please bring a photo ID for check-in
- This event will be indoors
- Free parking will be available on site.
- Recommend wearing athletic attire and comfortable, closed-toe shoes, as you'll be on your feet for most of the event
- Volunteers under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone. Please contact the event coordinator to register them
